IRF 2 is a special High Phenolic Extra Virgin Olive Oil created exclusively from the variety of Cyprus olives, Koroneiki. The Koroneiki variety is cultivated in Cyprus for thousands years. These selected olives are harvested before their full maturity and within hours are cold pressed and mechanically extracted to a unique olive oil with high concentrations of polyphenols.
Polyphenols are valuable compounds that are scientifically proven to offer a broad spectrum of health benefits. They act as antioxidants that neutralize free radicals which damage our cells and increase the risk of cancer, diabetes and heart disease. They also reduce inflammation in the body which is the main cause of chronic diseases.
IRF 2 is also rich in OLEIC ACID, an Omega 9 fatty acid and other Fatty acids such as PALMITIC, PALMITOLEIC, LINOLEIC and LINOLENIC. All these acids are beneficial for heart diseases and helps to lower bad cholesterol.

Recommended use
